Renowned developer UOL Group Limited (UOL) owns the subsidiary United Venture Investments (UVI), while Singland Residential Development (SRD) is wholly-owned by Singapore Land Group Limited, also known as SingLand.

With a track record of 60 years, UOL is a pre-eminent SGX-listed property and hospitality group. Their portfolio includes development and investment properties, hotels and serviced suites in Asia, Europe, North America and Oceania. The current assets of UOL currently amount to $22 billion.

Singapore Land Group Limited was previously known as United Industrial Corporation Limited (UIC). Its real estate includes commercial offices, residential and retail properties and hotels. SingLand currently has 2.7 million square feet of office space and 1 million square feet of retail space in commercial assets.

Notable developments jointly developed by the 2 developers include the recently launched Pinetree Hill at Mount Sinai locale, Amo Residence which sold 98% at the launch last year, Clavon at Clementi, Amber 45 in Marine Parade, and the 56-unit development of Meyer House on Meyer Road. Meyer House will share many similarities with Watten House as it is an ultra-luxurious condominium comprising of large-format units housed in 5-Storey Blocks.
